Steel City Solutions is a one-day conference designed to encourage appropriate technology in Pittsburgh’s nonprofit communities.
Local nonprofits will hear from and be heard by some of Pittsburgh’s prominent business representatives, entrepreneurial minds, and community leaders.
Hosted on Penn Ave in Garfield, this conference will contain three topical tracks, as well as a keynote panel featuring a diverse group of the nonprofit world’s best and brightest. Within the tracks of Organizational Management, Marketing & Branding, and Sustainable Technology, we will learn and discuss a variety of innovative technologies and techniques to assist your nonprofit in reaching the next level.
In keeping with its innovative nature, the Steel City Solutions conference will not charge a fee for attendance. Breakfast and appetizers for our post-conference networking event will be provided, and for lunch there are a number of restaurants surrounding the conference space. In addition, all speakers come from HandsOn Tech and Pittsburgh Cares’ pool of Skills-Based Volunteers and will be donating their time to the conference. However, to cover facilities and expenses, we ask that each attendee consider donating a recommended amount of $30.00.
