HandsOn Tech, Pittsburgh Cares and Google will be hosting the annual GoogleServe event on June 15 at the Google Pittsburgh office. The event began in 2008 and is an opportunity for local Google employees to give back to the community by volunteering their expertise to area nonprofit organizations.

This year, GoogleServe will feature two sessions during the morning and afternoon which will provide both in-depth training and assistance for nonprofit attendees.

The Morning Session's presentations will showcase an array of Google products available for nonprofits including Google Apps and AdWords. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage Google staff and discuss how these tools can best be utilized in the sector.

Afternoon Session - Open Office Hours (1:00pm - 3:00pm)
The Afternoon Session will feature multiple stations with Google employees available to answer questions about specific Google products. We ask that attendees for this session indicate interest in Google tools that are already in place at their respective organizations. Also, we request that attendees bring personal laptops for this session.
